KKS Coordination Meeting: Towards a Healthier Sukoharjo in 2024

On Thursday, June 20, 2024, the Sukoharjo Regency Government held a Coordination Meeting (Rakord) for the Healthy Cities and Districts Program (KKS) at the 10th Floor Auditorium of Menara Wijaya Building. This event marked a crucial step in the region’s efforts to create a healthier and more prosperous environment for the people of Sukoharjo.

The meeting was attended by the Regional Secretary of Sukoharjo Regency, Mr. Widodo, S.H., M.H., along with the Head of the Sukoharjo Health Office, Ms. Tri Tuti Rahayu, S.K.M., M.Kes., the Chairman of the KKS Forum, Mr. Danny Johannes, S.E., M.B.A., M.Kom., as well as representatives from all Regional Government Organizations (OPD) and district heads (Camat) across Sukoharjo. Their presence demonstrated the local government’s strong commitment to improving the quality of public health and well-being.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Widodo emphasized the importance of synergy and coordination among all stakeholders to realize the goals of the KKS program. He also highlighted the need for innovation in information systems and reporting to ensure that KKS initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently.

SIKAT SEHAT: A Digital Innovation from USH

A key highlight of the event was the introduction of SIKAT SEHAT, a digital information platform developed by Universitas Sugeng Hartono (USH). This system is designed to facilitate activities and reporting across the 9 pillars of the KKS Program, covering various areas such as environmental health, family health, individual health, and more. The platform aims to streamline coordination among government departments and enable real-time monitoring of KKS program progress.

During her presentation, the Head of the Sukoharjo Health Office stated that SIKAT SEHAT would serve as an essential tool in managing health data. It is expected to improve structured and integrated data reporting and processing, thereby supporting faster and more accurate decision-making.

A Breakthrough System

The Chairman of the KKS Forum welcomed the development of SIKAT SEHAT, calling it a breakthrough system that will assist in evaluating and monitoring the KKS program. He also encouraged all Rakord participants to actively contribute feedback to help improve the system further.

The event concluded with an engaging discussion and Q&A session, where participants shared questions and suggestions regarding the implementation of the KKS program and the use of SIKAT SEHAT. The lively interaction reflected the strong spirit of collaboration between local government, academic institutions, and the community in building a healthier and more sustainable Sukoharjo.
