Solo, 21 October 2023 – A bright Saturday witnessed the continued harmony and camaraderie of the academic community at Universitas Sugeng Hartono. An unforgettable team-building event was held at The Alana Hotel & Convention Center Solo, bringing together lecturers, academic staff, and all employees of the university.

The event, which ran from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, aimed to strengthen relationships and enhance collaboration among all members of Universitas Sugeng Hartono. Themed “Together in Harmony: Universitas Sugeng Hartono,” the program featured a variety of energetic and innovative activities. As one of the leading universities in Solo Baru, Universitas Sugeng Hartono places high value on teamwork and synergy among lecturers, academic staff, and employees as a cornerstone of institutional success. This team-building event provided the perfect opportunity to reinforce these bonds.

A range of exciting activities was prepared for the day. Among the most anticipated was the Group Challenge, where participants faced creative tasks to develop innovative solutions to given problems. This activity offered each participant a chance to showcase their creativity and contribute ideas for the advancement of Universitas Sugeng Hartono. Other activities included fun games and group outfit creativity challenges. All activities were designed to foster togetherness, improve communication, and explore individual creativity within the academic environment of Universitas Sugeng Hartono.

Fitria Hayu Palupi, S.ST., M.Kes., Vice Rector II and Event Chair, stated that the event aimed to enhance collaboration, improve communication, motivate individuals, develop leadership skills, increase service quality, strengthen unity, stimulate innovation, boost efficiency and productivity, and support the achievement of the university’s academic and administrative goals, including enhancing its reputation and providing high-quality education.
“This team-building event reflects our commitment to ensuring that every member of our community feels valued and recognized as an integral part of the institution’s success,” added Dr. Ir. Djoko Suwarno, M.Si., Rector of Universitas Sugeng Hartono.
Participants were enthusiastic and energetic throughout the event, expressing hope that the harmony and teamwork fostered during the program would continue in their daily campus life.

In just five hours, “Together in Harmony: Universitas Sugeng Hartono” successfully strengthened bonds among lecturers, academic staff, and employees. This spirit of unity is expected to help the university achieve even greater accomplishments in the future.
