USH Hosts Spectacular 6K Color Fun Run to Celebrate 3rd Anniversary

Sukoharjo – Universitas Sugeng Hartono (USH) celebrated its 3rd anniversary in a vibrant and energetic way by organizing the 6K Color Fun Run (CFR) on Sunday morning, September 29, 2024. The event drew in around 450 enthusiastic participants, who not only joined the run but also enjoyed a series of exciting performances and activities throughout the morning.

Covering a 6-kilometer route, runners passed several iconic landmarks of Sukoharjo—including the Soekarno Statue, Pandawa Monument, and Horse Statue—before returning to the USH campus. The event successfully created a memorable moment of unity and celebration filled with color and joy.

Color, Music, and Community Spirit

Participants, ranging from students and staff to members of the local community, gathered early at the USH campus. Excitement lit up their faces as bursts of colored powder were thrown along the route, adding a festive and playful atmosphere.

In addition to the run, attendees were treated to various performances, including singing and dance shows by USH students. A Pound Fit session led by Indah from Solo Raya further energized the crowd, getting everyone moving and involved.

Special Tumpeng Ceremony

The celebration became even more meaningful with a traditional “tumpeng” rice-cutting ceremony, symbolizing gratitude and reflection on USH’s three-year journey in education. The ceremony was led by Acting Rector of USH, Mrs. Fitria Hayu Palupi, S.ST., M.Kes., alongside Mrs. Stephanie Hartono and Mr. Tan Sauw Hwa from Yayasan Indriati.

The event also featured a competitive edge with prizes awarded to top runners. In the Men’s Category (CFR Men Runners), the winners were:
