A Vibrant Celebration of Youth and Achievement
Sukoharjo, October 27, 2025 — Universitas Sugeng Hartono (USH) successfully concluded its 4th Anniversary (Dies Natalis) celebration with great enthusiasm and excitement.
Over four consecutive days, from October 23 to 26, 2025, a variety of sports, culinary, and community activities enlivened the USH campus in Sukoharjo under the central theme “Young, Great, Get Beyond.”
Sportsmanship and Talent Through 3×3 Basketball Tournament
The celebration began on October 23–24, 2025, with a 3×3 Basketball Tournament that featured teams from high schools and universities across the Solo Raya region.
The tournament was filled with energy, fair play, and teamwork—serving as a platform for young talent development and strengthening bonds between students and universities.
USH Food Festival: A Culinary Celebration for the Community
Simultaneously, the USH Food Festival took place from October 23–26, 2025, showcasing dozens of local culinary tenants.
The festival attracted visitors from the surrounding community with a wide range of traditional Indonesian dishes, live music performances, creative bazaars, and family recreation areas.
The event embodied the spirit of togetherness between USH and the local community.
USH Blue Run 5K: The Grand Finale
The pinnacle of the celebration arrived on Sunday morning, October 26, 2025, with the USH Blue Run 5K. Hundreds of participants — including students, lecturers, staff, and the general public — joined the run with great enthusiasm. The starting area was filled with excitement and unity, reflecting the energetic and inclusive spirit of USH.
Beyond competing for cash prizes in men’s and women’s categories, the USH Blue Run served as a symbol of healthy living and community solidarity within the Universitas Sugeng Hartono academic family.
Voices of Appreciation and Vision
According to Alfan Ridha, Head of Public Relations and Partnerships at USH, the series of events showcased the youthful and collaborative spirit of Universitas Sugeng Hartono.
“Our 4th Anniversary is not only a celebration, but also a moment of togetherness and achievement. We aim to make USH a dynamic, active, and community-oriented campus,” he said.
Meanwhile, Assoc. Prof. Jacob Febryadi Nithanel Dethan, S.T., M.Eng.Sc., Ph.D., Rector of Universitas Sugeng Hartono, expressed gratitude to all committees, sponsors, and participants for their contribution.
“We are very proud to see the enthusiasm and participation of everyone across the campus and the wider community. This event proves that USH continues to grow as a vibrant, competitive, and entrepreneurial university,” he stated.
Moving Forward with Vision and Energy
With the USH Blue Run marking the grand finale, the 4th Anniversary Celebration of Universitas Sugeng Hartono officially came to a close.
The event’s success and participant enthusiasm stand as tangible proof that USH is steadily moving toward its vision of becoming an internationally recognized university — one that embodies the spirit of “Young, Great, Get Beyond.”
