Student Application Letter

Here is the Flow of Submitting a Student Application Letter :

A. Certificate of Active Lectures :

  1. Students submit a certificate of active study through the sugenghartono.ac.id page on the Student Application service submission menu.
  2. Choose the need to use a college active certificate
    • Specific Needs (Submission for BPJS extension, submission of LOCAL GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIP, making a Passport, etc.)
    • Salary Allowance for Parents Still on Duty (for the needs of parents who are still actively working)
    • Retired Parent Salary Allowance (For purposes if parents have retired)
  3. If the filling is correct and appropriate, the application will be validated by BAAK within 1 x 24 hours and will be processed.
  4. After being validated by BAAK, the letter will be sent via email or the student’s WhatsApp number or picked up at the campus.

B. Application Letter for Study Leave:

  1. Students submit a certificate of active study through the sugenghartono.ac.id page on the Student Application service submission menu.
  2. Choose the need to use a college leave certificate
  3. Students Still Charged Single Tuition Fees with Note that Payment is Not in Full
  4. Maximum student leave is only 2 semesters per academic year
  5. If the filling is correct and appropriate, the application will be validated by BAAK within 1 x 24 hours and will be processed.
  6. After being validated by BAAK, the letter will be sent via email or the student’s WhatsApp number or picked up at the campus.

C. Letter of request for research / internship permit:

  1. Students submit a certificate of active study through the sugenghartono.ac.id page on the Student Application service submission menu.
  2. Selecting the type of application for a research permit / college internship
  3. Students prepare data for the destination agency, including the agency’s telephone number.
  4. If the filling is correct and appropriate, the application will be validated by BAAK within 1 x 24 hours and will be processed.
  5. After being validated by BAAK, the letter will be sent via email or the student’s WhatsApp number or picked up at the campus.

D. Campus Event Assignment Letter:

  1. Students submit a certificate of active study through the sugenghartono.ac.id page on the Student Application service submission menu.
  2. Selecting the type of application for a Campus Event Assignment Certificate
  3. Students prepare data on names, events, places and dates.
  4. If the filling is correct and appropriate, the application will be validated by BAAK within 1 x 24 hours and will be processed.
  5. After being validated by BAAK, the letter will be sent via email or the student’s WhatsApp number or picked up at the campus.

E. Letter of Application to Change Major:

  1. Students submit a certificate of active study through the sugenghartono.ac.id page on the Student Application service submission menu.
  2. Selecting the type of application for a change of major certificate
  3. If the filling is correct and appropriate, the application will be validated by BAAK within 1 x 24 hours and will be processed.
  4. After being validated by BAAK, the letter will be sent via email or the student’s WhatsApp number or picked up at the campus.

F. Other Application Letters:

  1. Students submit a certificate of active study through the sugenghartono.ac.id page on the Student Application service submission menu.
  2. Selecting the type of application for a certificate of other applications
  3. If the filling is correct and appropriate, the application will be validated by BAAK within 1 x 24 hours and will be processed.
  4. After being validated by BAAK, the letter will be sent via email or the student’s WhatsApp number or picked up at the campus.

G. Resignation Request Letter

  1. Students submit a letter of resignation via the sugenghartono.ac.id page on the Student Application service submission menu.
  2. Selecting the type of application for a certificate of other applications
  3. If the filling is correct and appropriate, the application will be validated by BAAK within 1 x 24 hours and will be processed.
  4. After being validated by BAAK, the letter will be sent via email or the student’s WhatsApp number or picked up at the campus.
