Nimas Ratna Sari is a dynamic academic leader and digital technology specialist with a strong international academic background and professional experience in both higher education and industry. Her leadership is marked by innovation, inclusivity, and a deep commitment to aligning educational outcomes with real-world digital transformation.
With dual academic credentials from Indonesia and Europe, Nimas earned her Master’s degree in Computer Science from Lodz University of Technology in Poland and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang (GPA 3.86/4.00), including a fully funded Erasmus study program at Lublin University of Technology, where she obtained a perfect GPA of 5.00/5.00. Her academic excellence is further recognized through prestigious international awards such as the Ignacy Lukasiewicz Scholarship and the Erasmus Mundus – MOVER Project.
Nimas brings to her role deep expertise in systems integration, cloud services, API engineering, and digital ecosystems. Before entering academia, she served as a Senior Engineer at PT. Metra-Net and as an IT Consultant at PT. Phintraco Consulting, where she led enterprise-level digital transformation projects. These experiences equipped her with a practical and strategic understanding of emerging technologies that she now integrates into curriculum design, student development, and institutional planning.
Nimas is known for her forward-thinking leadership style that encourages innovation in teaching, student-centered learning, and research excellence. Her academic interests span artificial intelligence, decision support systems, and digital empowerment for MSMEs, with publications addressing these topics. She is a passionate advocate for empowering students and educators to become adaptive, ethical, and globally minded digital professionals.
Her contributions position her as a rising leader in the Indonesian higher education landscape—technologically adept, globally connected, and deeply committed to transformative education for the digital future.
