Nicky Gilang Wicaksono is one of the lecturers in the International Business Management study program and also a Mentor of the Sports UKM of Sugeng Hartono University. He is an academic who has achieved in one of the sports, namely archery. He has won various championships at the provincial level in Central Java, including POMDA, POPDA, KEJURPROV, and PORPROV. The highest event he has ever participated in is POMNAS or the National Student Sports Week and SUKAN Malaysia-Indonesia. Before becoming a lecturer, he was a member of the Central Java PRA PON degradation team. In addition to achieving in sports, he has also participated in several mathematics olympiads while at school.
With his perseverance and patience, Nicky Gilang Wicaksono wants to create individuals who not only excel in academics, but also excel in non-academic fields, namely achieving in sports.
This desire is a real alternative that a person’s quality is not only from academic education, but can also be supported by non-academic achievements as well.
