PERSONAL STATEMENT

Intan Mustika Jati, S.E., M.M., is a lecturer at Universitas Sugeng Hartono with academic expertise in marketing and finance. With a strong educational background in Management, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Finance, she has built a career dedicated to education, sustainable business practices, and student empowerment.

Driven by a deep concern for the environment and all living beings, Intan Mustika Jati is passionate about advancing sustainable business models that do not harm the planet or its inhabitants. Her academic and professional journey reflects this commitment, as she continuously integrates values of sustainability into her research, teaching, and community engagement. She believes that responsible business education can be a powerful catalyst for positive change.

In addition to her role in higher education, she has experience as a learning facilitator at the elementary school level. This unique experience shaped her empathetic approach to teaching, one that celebrates the uniqueness of every learner and fosters inclusive growth. Her ability to connect with students of all ages is grounded in her belief that education must be tailored to individual capabilities, encouraging confidence, curiosity, and creativity.

As a scholar and educator, Intan Mustika Jati actively contributes to the development of future business leaders who are equipped not only with digital skills but also with ethical and environmental consciousness. She continues to explore and promote the role of digital innovation in shaping a more just and sustainable future.
