Himmatunnisak Mahmudah, S.Gz., M.Gz. is a lecturer in the Nutrition Science Study Program at Sugeng Hartono University with an educational background in Community Nutrition. Her scientific focus lies on community nutrition issues, especially those related to adolescents and early childhood. In his academic activities, he is known to be active in developing contextual and local data-based educational approaches in nutrition learning.
As a researcher, she has been involved in many studies related to adolescent consumption patterns, adolescent eating behavior, and the effectiveness of exclusive breastfeeding on the nutritional status of infants and toddlers in efforts to prevent stunting. Her work contributes to the mapping of nutritional problems at the community level, and forms the basis for policy recommendations for community-based nutritional interventions. His research is not only academically relevant, but also applicable and oriented towards solutions in the field.
Having a vision to become an excellent and impactful academic in the field of community nutrition, he is committed to building a lecturer’s career through quality education, productive research, and sustainable community service. Driven by the passion to educate the generation through quality nutrition, he continues to motivate himself to actively contribute to the development of knowledge and be part of positive changes in the higher education system in Indonesia.
