Fitria Hayu Palupi is a health practitioner, educator, and social advocate with a strong commitment to advancing public health, community development, and small business empowerment in Indonesia. With a background that bridges academic expertise and practical experience, she serves as a mentor in the health sector, supporting both professional development and community-based initiatives, active role as a certified health trainer and serves as an assessor for the Indonesian Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in Health (LAM-PTKes).
In addition to her academic and professional roles, Fitria has been deeply engaged in mentoring and empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), particularly those led by women and marginalized communities. Her work integrates health education with social entrepreneurship, ensuring sustainable development at the grassroots level.
Currently pursuing her doctoral degree in health sciences, Fitria continues to contribute to both scholarly research and practical health initiatives. Her focus is on creating impactful, evidence-based strategies that address real-world challenges in public health and community well-being.
