Alfan Ridha, S.ST., M.Gz. serves as the Head of Public Relations and Cooperation at Universitas Sugeng Hartono and also holds an academic position as a lecturer in the Nutrition Study Program. Motivated by a strong commitment to strategic communication and impactful institutional collaboration, he devotes himself to enhancing the university’s public image and fostering innovative and sustainable partnership networks.
His professional approach emphasizes the integration of effective public communication with the development of cross-sector partnerships that support the university’s academic vision and community engagement. Through collaborative initiatives with government agencies, industry stakeholders, and international institutions, he plays a pivotal role in positioning Universitas Sugeng Hartono as a forward looking and globally engaged institution.
In his academic role, he contributes by incorporating practical insights in communication and organizational behavior into the teaching process bridging theoretical concepts with real world applications to enrich the learning experience. His research interests focus on food and community nutrition, particularly in areas such as community-based nutrition education, development of food communication media, and the implementation of communication strategies to influence public nutrition behavior.
This dual role demonstrates a comprehensive commitment to institutional development, in which academic excellence is reinforced by strategic communication, impactful research, and meaningful collaboration. He remains open to establishing partnerships with like-minded institutions and stakeholders dedicated to advancing higher education through innovation, integrity, and transformative engagement.
