Tantriana Nikmatul Isna is a Head Librarian with four years of experience, particularly in the field of library and information services. She currently serves as the Head Librarian at Sugeng Hartono University, where she is responsible for overseeing all library activities and operations.
 
She is actively involved in circulation services, operates the SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) used in the library, and uploads students
’research works to the university
’s institutional repository. She also plays a key role in establishing library policies and regulations.
 
With her academic background in library and information science, she has strong skills in managing and operating library systems, classifying collections, and inputting library materials into the SLiMS system.
 
She believes that a well-stocked library means providing a wide range of relevant, up-to-date, and high-quality resources to meet users’ information needs. This, in turn, enhances literacy, supports education and research, and ensures access to accurate information.
