PERSONAL STATEMENT

Amelia is a highly motivated and knowledgeable Human Resources with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. With a strong academic foundation and practical experience as
an HRD officer, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of strategic HR functions, organizational development, and employee lifecycle management.

She has a comprehensive understanding of both strategic and operational HR functions,
including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, payroll, and employee benefits administration. In her current role, she is responsible for leading recruitment
and onboarding processes, designing employee training programs, and managing performance evaluations aligned with university goals. Amelia ensures accurate and timely payroll processing,
including salary computation, tax deductions, and compliance with labor laws. She also administers employee health insurance programs supporting enrollment, handling claims, andacting as a liaison with insurance providers while maintaining strong communication andempathy in assisting employees.

Amelia is recognized for her integrity, excellent communication skills, empathetic leadership, and ability to navigate complex HR challenges with professionalism and diplomacy. Her ability to clearly explain benefit coverage and assist employees with related issues reflects her
commitment to employee care and support. Amelia further contributes to a productive, compliant, and employee-friendly workplace by handling employee relations, addressing workplace conflicts, and applying disciplinary procedures fairly and consistently. She is
passionate about creating a healthy work environment and aligning HR strategies with university goals.
