Muhammad Rifzal Alief Ramadhan is a Business Law Lecturer at Sugeng Hartono University. He is an academic who provides legal teaching and knowledge both theoretically and practically in higher education, with a commitment to advancing the Business Law program to be one of high academic and practical quality, upholding Legal Professional Ethics and the development of educational institutions in Indonesia. By forming logical, systematic, and structured thinking in analyzing a case based on applicable theories, principles, legal foundations, and laws. His goal is to realize a legal professional who, besides being a driving force of a legal state, must also possess integrity, accountability, and credibility in enforcing the law.
Muhammad Rifzal Alief Ramadhan plays an important role in educating future legal professionals who possess not only intellectual intelligence but also emotional and spiritual intelligence in implementing Legal Professional Ethics. In the context of due process of law, his efforts in guiding and educating future legal professionals in finding the law are based on the criteria of the time the law is in effect, not only by distinguishing between the principle of Ius Constitutum and Ius Constituendum but also by realizing the principle of Radbruchsche Formel which introduces the law as having 3 tasks or 3 fundamental values: Justice, Utility, and Certainty.
